The incident took place on 15th August 2017 in Fortune Resort Bay Island. The photographer who came to meet his client, who was staying there. The photographer went to reception only after security check. And also informed at the reception, about the purpose of his coming. When the client came to meet the photographer, the hotel staff interrupted. The security in-charge over there threatened and manhandled the photographer. The photographer requested not to touch him and told to wait. Seeing the situation becoming worst the client went forward to protect the self respect of a person being hurt. Andaman tourism is lagging in the point where hotel staff think hotel organisation is bigger than customer. Hotel organization is made by customer satisfaction, they must know that.
