Rude behaviour of fortune resort bay island port blair hotel staff to photographer who came to meet his client, who was staying there. The photographer went to reception only after security check. And also informed at the reception, about the purpose of his coming. When the client came to meet the photographer, the hotel staff interrupted. The security in-charge over there threatened and manhandled the photographer. The photographer requested not to touch him and told to wait. As per the mentioned instance of occuring 15 Auguts 2017,which can be cross verified by CCTV footage, the said occurrence has caused me mental agony and I feel such instances are not good for hospitality sector, the polite handling of staffs and their training up has to be ensured, and corrective steps to be taken. And such instances should not happen to anyone who steps into your property also,I am looking forward to assurances from your end and this should not be repeated too.
